1

Thinly slice 1 lemon and 1 orange.

2

Take 1/2 of the lemon slices and 1/2 of the orange slices and add them to a pitcher.

3

Cut 1 peach and 1 apple into small cubes and add all of the peaches and 1/2 of the apples into the pitcher.

4

Add about 1/4 cup of good quality brandy into the pitcher.

5

Add 1 cup of non-concentrated orange juice to the pitcher.

6

Top it off with 1/3 cup of white sugar.

7

Using a wooden spoon, push down on the fruit to release its natural juices and mix everything together.

8

Add 1 bottle of young Rioja to the pitcher.

9

Add 1 cinnamon stick and mix everything together again.

10

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors develop.

11

Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of the cut apples to keep them from browning and add the reserved vegetables to the refrigerator.

12

After about 3 hours, pour a glass of sangria for serving.

13

Give the sangria a quick mix before serving.

14

Add ice cubes to a glass and some of the cut apples inside.

15

Pour in the sangria while preserving the fruit inside of the pitcher.

16

Garnish with a slice of orange and a slice of lemon.
