Clean the steak with lemon juice and vinegar.
Slice the steak against the grain into pieces.
Prepare the vegetables: carrots, bell peppers, tenderstem broccoli, and onions.
In a bowl, combine the sliced steak with soy sauce, Jamaica reggae blend seasoning, honey, black pepper, and cornstarch. Set aside for about five minutes.
In a pan, melt butter and a little olive oil.
Add the steak to the pan and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, cooking until no longer pink.
Remove the steak from the pan and set it aside.
Stir-fry the vegetables for about three minutes, maintaining their color, then steam for an additional minute or two.
Add minced garlic to the vegetables and stir well.
Return the steak to the pan with the vegetables.
Prepare the sauce with soy sauce, honey, black pepper, water, and cornstarch, then add it to the pan and mix everything together.
