1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted.
