Chicken and Mushroom Soup

2 packets mushrooms
300 grams boneless chicken
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons peas
2-3 teaspoons black pepper powder
8-10 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 slices bread
2 cups full cream milk
1 teaspoon chicken spice

Heat oil in a pan and add peas.

Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Add mushrooms and sauté until they are cooked but not browned.

Let the mushroom and onion mixture cool down before blending.

Blend the cooled mushroom and onion mixture with bread slices and water to make a smooth paste.

In the same pan, add remaining oil and sauté the chicken until cooked.

Add the blended mushroom and onion paste to the chicken.

Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.

Add full cream milk and adjust consistency with water if needed.
