2 cups milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese or sour cream (low-fat is okay)
1/2 cup onions (minced)
12 oz (340 grams) spinach
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Nutmeg (a pinch)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Lemon zest (a pinch)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili powder (optional or to taste)
