Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Take 4 cups of shredded coleslaw mix.

Add 1 cup of shredded red cabbage for extra color.

Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Add 1/2 cup of mayo (can substitute with Greek yogurt or sour cream).

Mix in 1 teaspoon of mustard.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of celery salt.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir everything together well.

Chill the coleslaw for at least 1 hour before serving.
