Olive oil is healthier and can enhance flavor.

Apply butter liberally on 2 slices of white bread.

In a pan of oil at low to medium heat, put both slices in simultaneously, buttered side faced down.

Immediately add the cheeses: cheddar, Gouda, parmesan, and mozzarella.

After about a minute, cover your cheeses with the other slice and butter the top of it again with more butter.

After another minute, flip over and toast the other side until it is also crusty.

When both sides are crusty without being burnt, remove from pan.

If the cheese takes longer to melt, send to the oven at 220 Celsius fan mode and toast for another 5 to 10 minutes with a foil wrap.
