Spread 1/2 tablespoon of softened butter on one side of each slice of Texas Toast.

Place a skillet over medium-low heat and add the toast with the butter side down.

Add one slice of medium cheddar, one slice of Havarti, and one slice of Gouda cheese on top of one slice of bread.

Cook for a total of about six to seven minutes over lower heat.

Once the toast is lightly browned on one side, close the sandwich and flip it over.

Continue cooking until the toast is a rich golden brown, flipping once.

Press down on the sandwich to help the bread stick to the cheese.
