3 Hot dog brioche buns

200 g Smoked tofu

2 tbsp Light soy sauce

280g Watermelon, cubed
60g berries

Slice onion and pickled cucumber. Roughly cut kimchi.

Mix kimchi, vegan mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste.

Heat the pan on medium high heat, caramelize the onion. Roast plant based sausages on the same pan.

Add a dollop of vegan butter on the pan, grill brioches on medium heat, approx. 25-30 seconds on each side.
