Cook rice. 2. Squeeze all the excess liquid out of the tofu pockets. 3. To a small pan, add 1/8 Cup of chopped onions, 1/8 Cup of chopped carrots, and ground beef. 4. Cook on medium high heat and add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Once fully cooked, set aside. 6. To a bowl of cooked rice, add vinegar, sesame seed packets, and ground beef mixture. 7. You can add a little bit of sesame oil here to the bowl of rice to give it a more earthy taste. 8. Stuff tofu pockets with the seasoned rice and plate. 9. Enjoy! Directions (Imitation Crab Meat Topped) 1. Cook rice. 2. Squeeze all the excess liquid out of the tofu pockets. 3. Cut cucumber, 1/3 red onion, and shred imitation crab meat (same length). Place in medium sized bowl. 4. Add mayo and honey mustard to the same bowl and mix until well combined. 5. To a bowl of cooked rice, add vinegar and sesame seed packets. 6. You can add a little bit of sesame oil here to the bowl of rice to give it a more earthy taste. 7. Stuff tofu pockets with the seasoned rice and plate. 8. Top the imitation crab mixture onto each of the Inari sushi. 9. Enjoy! Directions: (Rice Balls) 1. With the remaining seasoned rice, roll into a ball and top with remaining imitation crab mixture. 2. Add a dot of sriracha to the top, and enjoy!
