Add sour dough starter and water to pumpkin seeds and rye flakes and leave overnight.
Add bread flour, rye flour, salt, caraway seeds and browning sauce to the fermented mixture. Mix well and leave for a couple of hours.
Divide the dough into two bread tins, leave it to rest for the second time and finally bake for an hour at 200 °C fan oven.
