In a crock pot, add 2 lbs of chicken breast.

Sprinkle seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder over the chicken.

Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to the pot.

Add 150 g of chopped celery and 150 g of chopped carrots to the pot.

Pour in 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth.

Mix everything together with a spatula, ensuring chicken is at the bottom.

Cover the crock pot and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.

Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer, then return it to the pot.

Add 8 oz of dry rotini pasta to the pot and mix it in.

Cover and cook for an additional 30 to 40 minutes until the pasta is tender.
