How To Make Fruit Infused SeaMoss Gel | Baby Food Recipes

Instructions
- 1Rinse the dried sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris or salt.
- 2Soak the rinsed sea moss in a bowl of water for 12-24 hours until it expands and softens.
- 3After soaking, drain the sea moss and rinse it again.
- 4In a blender, combine the soaked sea moss, 2 cups of fresh water, soursop pulp, lime juice, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- 5Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 6Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar or container.
- 7Refrigerate the sea moss gel for at least 2 hours to allow it to thicken.
- 8Once thickened, the sea moss gel is ready to use in smoothies, desserts, or as a health supplement.
- 9Store any leftover gel in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
