2 lbs chicken drumsticks
2 lbs chicken thighs
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon Sasson or color
4 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups potatoes
1 cup frozen cassava
1 tablespoon Colombian aleno seasoning
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 cups white rice
1 avocado

Put chopped tomatoes in a blender.

Add chopped onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, Sasson or color, and water to the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Season chicken drumsticks and thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large pot.

Add chicken to the pot skin side down.

Season the other side of the chicken with salt and pepper.

Brown chicken on both sides at medium high for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Add potatoes and frozen cassava to the pot.
