1 lb chicken thighs
1 lb chicken drumsticks
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup frozen yuca
4 cups water
2 Colombian seasoning cubes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

In a blender, add chopped tomato, chopped white onion, garlic, chicken broth, and Goya seasoning or color, and blend until it becomes a sauce.

Season the chicken thighs and drumsticks with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a large pot, heat olive oil and place the chicken pieces skin-side down.

Season the other side of the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.

Brown the chicken on both sides over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
