Sift 3 cups of flour into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour.
Pour in 1.5 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix the ingredients in a mixer until a dough forms.
Add 5 grams of powdered yeast to the dough after mixing.
Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
Prepare the pizza maker by placing parchment paper on it and oiling the base.
Dump the dough onto the pizza maker and expand it using fingers, letting it relax for a few minutes.
Spread the dough out in the pizza maker and let it rise again for at least 1 hour with the oven off.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Place the pre-pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes to make a flat base.
Remove the parchment paper after the pre-baking.
Spread tomato sauce on the pre-baked dough and drizzle a few threads of olive oil on top.
Sprinkle oregano over the tomato sauce.
Add provolone cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Divide the pizza in half; on one side, add slices of tomato and oregano, and on the other side, add anchovies and olives.
Return the pizza to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
