Mix 4 cups of flour in a bowl.
Add 1 packet of instant yeast to the flour.
Add a pinch of salt and 225 ml of sugar to the mixture.
Stir the dry ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
Add 60 ml of oil to the mixture.
Gradually add lukewarm water to the mixture until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
Shape the dough into balls and place them in a pot.
Add water to the pot, cover it, and simmer the dough balls for about 45 minutes.
