Roasted Vegetable Wraps

2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large whole wheat tortillas
1 cup hummus
1 cup spinach leaves

In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
