0.5 cups Kidney Beans (soaked and pressure cooked)
Oil (for frying)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (boiled and pureed)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Oregano
2 pinches Sugar
Salt (to taste)
0.5 cups Milk
0.25 tsp Corn Flour
0.5 cups grated Cheese
pinch of Salt
pinch of Turmeric Powder
Pico De Gallo (made with 1 Tomato, 1 Onion, 1 Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Lemon juice)
