In a bowl with warm water, dissolve the salt and sprinkle the yeast into the water.
Knead the dough by adding vegetable oil and mixing well with flour until elastic and not sticky.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the filling by finely chopping dill and grating cheese.
Combine dill, cheese, and 2 eggs in a bowl, seasoning with salt if necessary.
Divide the dough into four parts and roll out each part as thin as possible, sprinkling with flour as needed.
Grease the rolled-out dough with vegetable oil and add the filling, then roll it up into a log.
Repeat with the remaining dough portions to create four rolls.
Place the rolls in a mold lined with parchment paper, arranging them in a snail shape.
Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until browned.
