Take some hot peppers and remove the stems.
Put on gloves to avoid burning your hands from the peppers.
Chop the scallion and set aside.
Wash the hot peppers and lime.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice, removing seeds if necessary.
Use about 1 cup of vinegar and pour it into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the vinegar for flavor.
Add about a quarter teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
Add the chopped hot peppers, scallion, and garlic into a blender.
Blend until you achieve a nice consistency, ensuring not to blend in the seeds from the peppers.
