Welcome to my kitchen. Today, we are making BBQ Chicken Salad.

For this recipe, I have taken chicken, approximately 200-300 grams, marinated with turmeric.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic paste (optional) to the chicken and mix well.

Marinate the chicken for 6 minutes.

After marinating, add approximately 2-3 tablespoons of oil to a pan.

Fry the marinated chicken in the pan on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the salad by taking half a cucumber and cutting it into pieces.

Chop baby spinach leaves (or normal spinach) and add to the salad.

Cut baby tomatoes in half and add them to the salad.

After frying the chicken, add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the salad and mix everything well.
