Combine 150 g of wheat flour and 150 g of buckwheat flour in a bowl.

Add 1 flat spoon of salt and 1 baking powder to the flour mixture.

Melt 60 g of butter and mix it into the flour mixture.

Pour in 200 ml of milk and add 1 egg, then mix until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into pretzels and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
