300 grams spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
300 grams cherry tomatoes halved
15 - 20 prawns small (peeled)
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
sprinkle of togarashi Japanese seven spice
1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and mushrooms.

Season with salt to taste and mix well.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
