Start by introducing the ingredients needed for the ham.
Use an 11-pound pre-cooked ham and cut vertical and horizontal slits into the surface without cutting all the way through.

In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium to low heat.
Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the melted butter and stir for about 2 minutes until it becomes dark brown and rich in color.
Add 1/2 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of apricot reserves to the mixture.
Incorporate spices: 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
If ginger powder is not available, replace it with ginger paste.
Mix everything together until well combined and let the spices meld together.
Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 3/4 cup of pineapple juice, 3/4 cup of orange juice, and 1/4 cup of cherry juice to the mixture, stirring until combined.
Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing 1/4 cup of cold water with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a separate bowl.
Add the cornstarch slurry to the glaze mixture and stir until it thickens to a syrupy consistency.
Pour 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar into the bottom of the baking dish, followed by the prepared glaze.
Place the ham in a preheated 350°F (177°C) oven for about 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes to ensure even glazing.
Once cooked, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest before slicing.
