Crush 1 clove of garlic and chop it finely.
Chop a healthy portion of spinach leaves.
Chop a portion of Hell of a Good cheddar cheese.
Slice 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
Slice 2 slices of ham.
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, removing any shell pieces if necessary.
Add a splash of milk, a splash of olive oil, and 1 heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise to the eggs.
Grind in some pepper to taste.
Whip the egg mixture until frothy.
Add the chopped ham, cheese, garlic, and spinach to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish.
Microwave for a couple of minutes.
Stir the mixture and microwave for another couple of minutes until cooked through.
Remove from the microwave and place on a plate.
Top with a slice of American cheese and microwave until melted.
Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Frank's Louisiana hot sauce.
