Oil the pan and layer frozen potato chips in a single layer.
Add fry's plant-based burgers to the pan.
Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway.
Make vegan mayo by blending half a cup of plant milk with two teaspoons of vinegar, salt, pepper, and slowly drizzling in oil until the right consistency is achieved.
Cut the bread in half and scoop out some of the insides to keep its shape.
Layer acha inside the bread.
Add fry's poloni on top of the acha.
Sprinkle plant-based cheese over the poloni.
Add salt and vinegar chips and sprinkle with secret spice mix (smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, dried herbs).
Top with fry's burgers.
Spread homemade mayo and add more chili on top.
Close the sandwich and wrap it in paper, placing a heavy weight on it.
Cut the sandwich in half after 10 minutes and garnish with microgreens and mustard greens.
