Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Thin slice the zucchinis and set them aside in a bowl.
Smash up some crackers to create a crust for the bottom of the pan.
Add salt and pepper to the crushed crackers.
Add artificially flavored bacon bits to the crushed crackers.
Layer the bottom of the pan with the crushed crackers.
Layer sliced zucchini around the edges of the pan.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini.
Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder on top of the zucchini.
Add bacon bits on top of the zucchini.
Add a beaten egg as a binder.
Add more crushed crackers on top of the zucchini layer.
Spread leftover marinara sauce over the layer of crackers.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the marinara sauce.
Add more pepper, bacon bits, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt on top.
Add the beaten egg again as a binder.
Top with more crushed crackers and a final layer of parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked well and browned.
Let the casserole cool for a minute before loosening the sides of the springform pan.
Remove the sides of the springform pan to reveal the casserole.
Serve and enjoy the zucchini pizza casserole.
