Dissolve 20g dry yeast and a little sugar in 170g of water.
In a bowl, combine 500g flour, 10g of salt, and 10g of sugar.
Add 180g of yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough with leftover flour until smooth.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and unroll each to approximately 25 cm.
Cook on a heated pan without oil, flipping once bubbles start to appear.
Grease both sides with butter while cooking.
