Save about 6 tablespoons of juice from the canned pineapple.

In a medium bowl, combine 5 tablespoons of flour, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Mix well.

Add a can of drained pineapple tidbits and some canned crushed pineapple to the mixture. Mix it up.

Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish.

Add a thick layer of cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 sleeves of crushed Ritz crackers with 1 stick of melted butter.

Sprinkle the cracker mixture on top of the cheese layer.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.
