1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Heat a thick-bottomed pot on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the oil is hot, add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

Add 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 chopped green chilies; fry lightly.

After frying, add 1 medium-sized chopped onion and fry until light.

Add 1/2 cup of green peas, 1/2 cup of chopped carrot, 1/2 cup of chopped beans, 1/2 cup of chopped potato, and 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum.

Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder; mix well.

Cover the pot and cook on medium flame until the vegetables are soft.

Once the vegetables are soft, add 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder; mix well and cook for another minute.

Add the pre-cooked quinoa to the vegetable mixture and mix well for about 2 minutes.
