Soak the tree ear mushrooms in water for at least 1 hour and wash with water 2 times.

Chop the pork into pieces and season it. Soak it in seasoning for 30 minutes (seasoning: Jin soy sauce or Toyo 3 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, crushed garlic 1 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tbsp).

Slice the vegetables (green onion, bell peppers, carrot, white onion).

Soak the cellophane noodles in water for an hour, then cut in half to make the same size.

Separate the egg yolk and add a pinch of salt. Fry it on low heat.

Stir-fry the vegetables, meat, and tree ear mushrooms.

Boil the Jap-chae noodles with 500 mL of mineral water and add the seasoning (Jin soy sauce or toyo 5 tbsp, mirim 3 tbsp, sugar 2 tbsp).

After it cooks, move the noodles quickly to a stainless bowl. While cooling, add starch syrup 2 tbsp and 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil; mix well.

Add all the vegetables, tree ear mushrooms, meat, and egg to the noodles with 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and pepper (to taste) and mix well.
