Assemble sliders by placing a slice of bratwurst on the bottom half of each bun.
Top bratwurst with sautéed onions, a slice of cheese, and pickles.
Spread mustard on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the slider.
Garnish with shredded cabbage and parsley if desired.
Serve immediately with extra mustard on the side.
