Add a little water to the pot to stop the chicken from drying out.
Roll out the pasta on a table, using extra flour to keep it from sticking.
Cut the pasta into rectangles about 3 by 5 centimeters in size.
Wrap a piece of pasta around a wooden spoon to form the fusi.
Serve the fusi with the chicken and its sticky juices, garnished with grated pecorino cheese.
