Lavash Flatbread Pizza

2 lavash flatbreads
1/2-2/3 cup halloumi grated
1/2 cup mozzarella grated
1 tbsp Za’atar powder
3/4 cup roasted red pepper hummus
1.5 tbsp oil
1-2 tsp chili flakes
1-2 tsp honey/agave
Vegetables of your choice- Onions, Capsicum, Chopped garlic, Scallions, corn, etc

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Lightly toast lavash flatbread for 2 mins.

Mix the cheeses with Za’atar seasoning.

In a food processor add the hummus. Add 1 tbsp of the olive oil and chili flakes (unless you don’t like spice).

Spread out the hummus between the flatbreads.

Sprinkle cheese mixture over the hummus.

Add the veggies of your choice including chopped garlic over the cheese.

Bake it for 5-8 mins at 375F till the cheese melts and the flatbread is crisp.

Drizzle the honey/agave over it.

Cut and serve.
