Prepare the meat mixture by combining 500 grams of ground meat with 1 finely chopped onion and a small amount of cayenne pepper and garlic salt.
Mix the ingredients by hand, adding chopped parsley directly into the meat mixture.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a greased baking dish with butter.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and place the meatballs inside to bake while preparing the sauce.
In a high-sided skillet, heat some oil and sauté 2-4 chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
While the onions are cooking, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to remove their skins, then chop them.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet with the sautéed onions and garlic, mixing well.
Add a large amount of chopped parsley (including stems) to the mixture and season with salt.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are covered.
Return the dish to the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
Prepare a side dish, such as buckwheat, by rinsing it and cooking it in boiling water (1 part buckwheat to 2 parts water).
After cooking, serve the meatballs with the sauce and the side dish.
