1 leek
4 oz mushrooms
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 sprig of thyme
