Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.

Place 4 large frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot.

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Texas Street taco seasoning over the chicken.

Pour a whole 24-ounce container of salsa on top of the chicken and seasoning.

Add a splash of Texas Pete hot sauce for extra spice (not measured).

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

After 6 hours, remove one chicken breast at a time and shred it with two forks.

Place the shredded chicken into a meal prep container.

Pour some of the cooking sauce over the shredded chicken before sealing the container for storage.
