1 tsp of salt
900gm of firm tofu
5-6 cloves of garlic - crushed
1-2 stalk of spring onions - chopped
1 small red chillies (optional) - chopped
1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
2.5 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tbsp of sugar

In a bowl, mix salt and water.

Cut tofu in half and soak into salted water for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add garlic, spring onions, red chilli (optional) and sesame seeds.

Heat up the vegetable oil, pour into mixing bowl and mix the ingredients.

Add oyster sauce, soya sauce and sugar and mix well.

Remove the tofu from the salted water and try with paper towels.

Brush or spray tofu with oil.

Place in air fryer and air fry at 200ºC / 390ºF for 8 minutes.

Flip the tofu and air fry for further 10 minutes or your preferred doneness.

Remove and place the tofu in a serving plate and repeat with the remaining tofus.

Drizzle with half the sauce and top with chopped coriander.
