Add 1.5 cups of Panko bread crumbs to a dish.

Season the Panko with grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes.

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs.

In another bowl, add 1.5 cups of flour.

Coat the mozzarella balls first in the whisked eggs, then in the flour, back in the eggs, then in the seasoned bread crumbs, and finally back in the eggs again before the last coating of breadcrumbs.

Refrigerate the coated mozzarella balls for 30 minutes.

Fry the mozzarella cheese balls until golden brown.
