Traditionally enjoyed during celebrations and gatherings, it reflects the region's rich culinary heritage. Today, Samsa has gained popularity beyond Uzbekistan, with variations found in many countries, showcasing local ingredients and flavors.

Mix 250 ML water, 500 Gr flour, and 1/2 TbSpn salt in a bowl to form a dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 2 pcs onion and parsley in a mixing bowl.
Add 300 Gr beef, 100 Gr suet, 30 Gr tail fat, 1/2 TbSpn cumin, 1/2 TbSpn black pepper, and 1/2 TbSpn salt to the meat mixture and combine well.
Roll out the rested dough into thin circles on a floured surface.
Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Brush the tops with 2 pcs egg yolk for a golden finish.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 392°F).
Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
