Finely chop 2 pcs onion and parsley in a mixing bowl.

Add 300 Gr beef, 100 Gr suet, 30 Gr tail fat, 1/2 TbSpn cumin, 1/2 TbSpn black pepper, and 1/2 TbSpn salt to the meat mixture and combine well.

Roll out the rested dough into thin circles on a floured surface.

Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.

Brush the tops with 2 pcs egg yolk for a golden finish.
