Mix 10 g salt into 400 g warm water until dissolved.
Add 10 g yeast to the water mixture.
Pour the water mixture into 500 g flour and mix to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to hands or bowl.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours, punching it down twice during the rise.
Grease a baking sheet with hands and spread the dough onto it.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for another 20-25 minutes.
Poke holes in the risen dough to prevent it from deflating too much.
Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the dough for 30-35 minutes.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with butter.
