Start by mixing dough for dinner rolls and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Cut the risen dough into about 16 pieces using a bench scraper.
Shape each piece into a smooth ball by stretching the top and rolling it on the bench.
Set the shaped rolls aside to rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Brush the risen rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky salt before baking.
Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add one diced red onion and a lot of minced garlic to the skillet; cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Stir in about a third of a cup of tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes until it darkens slightly.
Add two cans of calini beans, about half a cup of sundried tomatoes in oil, and a third of a cup of water to the skillet.
Pour in about half a cup of heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Let the beans cook for a few minutes until heated through and creamy.
Prepare the arugula salad by mixing lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, and pecorino romano cheese.
Serve the beans topped with the arugula salad and crispy panko breadcrumbs.
