  • 1/2 cup salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3Drain excess fat, then add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4On a large sheet pan, lay out two flour tortillas. Spread half of the beef mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  5. 5Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef on each tortilla.
