Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt and 1 level teaspoon of sugar, adjusting to taste.

Grate the zest of half a lemon into the dish and squeeze the lemon juice in.

Add 80 grams of halved olives and mix well.
