Fry 9 cloves of garlic until golden brown.

Fry the chicken for 10 minutes on both sides.

Add 1 tbsp honey, 30 ml pickled cucumbers juice, 60 ml soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, and 1 tsp paprika to the chicken and brush with the sauce.

Cover the chicken with foil and bake at 180°C/356°F for 1 hour.

In a separate pan, fry 1 onion in oil until tender.

Add 1 pepper and fry for 5 minutes.

Prepare boiled potatoes and season with salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp paprika, then fry for 7 minutes.

Chop 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, and 1/2 red onion, and mix with lettuce.

Add 1 tsp mustard, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 tsp apple vinegar to the salad mixture.

Top the salad with 40 g feta cheese and 50 g black olives, then drizzle with olive oil.
