Clean the mussels and clams in water with salt to remove dirt and sand.
In a large saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Crush 3 garlic cloves and add them to the oil, cooking for about 1 minute without burning.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the saucepan, cooking for about 2 minutes to release their juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the saucepan to prevent the garlic from burning.
Once the tomatoes have released their juice, add the calamari rings and cook on medium-low heat for a few minutes until they are tender.
Open a bottle of white wine while waiting for the calamari to cook.
After about 5-6 minutes, when the calamari are almost done, add the prawns and mussels to the saucepan, stirring well.
Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for about 1 minute to allow the mussels to open and the prawns to cook.
After 1 minute, check that the mussels have opened and the prawns have turned red; add the dried chili and chopped parsley, along with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the saucepan again and cook for an extra minute until all mussels are open.
Add the homemade passata to the seafood mixture and stir well, ensuring all seafood is coated with the sauce.
Cover the saucepan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pot, bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of sea salt.
Once boiling, add the fresh fettuccine and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and combine it with the seafood sauce, mixing well.
