Thaw 1/2 package of frozen chopped spinach in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Drain the spinach using a colander lined with paper towels to remove excess water.
In a bowl, combine 2 blocks of cream cheese (one 1/3 less fat and one fat-free) that have been softened in the microwave.
Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
Mix in 1/2 cup of fat-free sour cream.
Add the drained and roughly chopped artichoke hearts to the bowl.
Incorporate 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 3 minced garlic cloves to the bowl.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with an additional 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and more grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the dip for about 30 minutes.
While the dip is baking, prepare the homemade Christini by slicing French bread into 1/4 inch slices.
Brush the bread slices with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the bread in the oven at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes until crunchy.
