Dominican Steak with Onions and Peppers

Clean beef chuck with lime juice and drain with water.
Cut beef chuck into strips.
Add chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and cumin to the beef and mix well.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add brown sugar until it starts to caramelize.
Add the seasoned beef to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Flip the beef to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes until it gets color.
Add sliced onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and garlic to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes on medium-high heat until vegetables are soft.
Add tomato sauce and a little bit of water to the pan and mix.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
