Pour in 2 bottles of Guinness stout, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
Return the beef to the pot along with its juices.
Add chicken broth, dried rosemary, and bay leaves to the pot.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-10 hours.
